On 5th June 2012 the present Queen of England - Elizabeth II completed 60 years of reign. The country celebrated this event with much grandeour,the prayer on this painting was written as per the queen's direction by the chapter of St Paul's Cathedral. The artist imagined God is blessing the queen !
